"We had to grind out a result because of the circumstances Forest are in so we knew we'd have fight and scrap for everything - and we did that," he said.
"We didn't play as well as we'd like but you must give Forest credit due to the position they're in in the division
"However, if you're not playing as well you think should be but take maximum points, you'll take it."
