The Portman Road club currently lie 18th in the Championship.
"We showed great guts and character to get back into it, it's easy to bury your head in the sand and not come out fighting but I thought the lads that came on and gave us a lift and we got the equaliser," Magilton told BBC Radio Suffolk after the Swansea game.
"We are conceding poor goals and they will undoubtedly hold their hands up when they look at them and say they shouldn't happen.
"It's certainly a disease we want to cut out."
