"We didn't play very well in the first half and went behind to a super goal," he said.
"Then to let in another one just after the break was always going to be a big test of our character.
"We put ourselves to the test because Brentford asked questions of us but in the second half I thought we were outstanding.
"I think we can take a lot more than just the three points out of the game because we've proved to ourselves that we can dig deep when we need to.
"I'm not sure I'd like to keep winning games like that every week though."
