Nottingham Forest defender Luke Chambers has signed a new two-year contract to keep him at the club until the summer of 2012. The 24-year-old, who had a year remaining on his existing deal, has made more than 130 appearances for the Reds since arriving at the City Ground from Northampton in January 2007.
He told the club`s official website: "I firmly believe the club is heading in the right direction and it is exciting to be a part of that. "I have been at Forest for three-and-a-half years now and feel very much at home at the City Ground and in Nottingham. "I am delighted to have committed myself to the club for another two years and I am looking forward to the start of the new season."
