Colchester reaction

Colchester lost ground in the race for automatic promotion from League One as Nottingham Forest continued their excellent recent run and U's boss Parkinson said afterwards: "In general play we did very well and in many respects it was an excellent performance but we just didn't do well enough in the penalty box.

"We have to show a little bit more courage when the ball is in the opposition box but we'll keep working on our finishing on the training ground.

"It is frustrating at the moment because we don't feel we are getting the rewards in matches that we deserve but I've got a terrific group of players, who are very honest."
