Commons Could Make Curtain Raiser

The Forest midfielder sustained an ankle injury during the friendly game against Lincoln this week and it was thought he could be ruled out for the beginning of the new League One campaign.

However, the club have confirmed today that following scans Commons' injury is not as bad as first thought and that he could be available for selection when Forest take on The Bantams at the City Ground next Saturday.
