Darren Ward has been named in the Wales squad for the games against Azerbaijan and Serbia-Montenegro. John Thompson and Andy Reid have also been named in the Republic of Ireland Under 21 games against Georgia and Albania.
Sky have not announced whether the re-arranged game will be shown live or not.
The reserve fixture between Leicester City and Nottingham Forest scheduled for Wednesday 8 April has also been re-arranged until Friday 10 April.
