"On the positive side as far as we are concerned we are three games unbeaten and although we didn't deserve it, we could easily have sneaked a win."
So said Billy Davies after seeing his Nottingham Forest side draw 1-1 with Norwich at the City Ground, making it four games without a win at the start of the Championship season.
The Scot admitted that Norwich had been the better side and his views were echoed by fellow countryman Paul Lambert.
"I thought we were excellent right from the off today," purred the Canaries boss.
"Our enthusiasm for the game was brilliant and I really felt that we deserved to win it.
"Forest are a top, top side and we know that a side of their quality are going to get chances but I thought we were absolutely brilliant in everything we did.
