"We expect a battle but we have to collect points in the next four games," he told the Nottingham Evening Post after defeats at the hands of Burnley and Preston.
"I said we would have a rough idea of where we are going to be after the first ten games.
"If we had won at Preston we would have been in mid-table. There are a lot of question marks over us after that. We knew we would have to be almost perfect to get anything but it was an alarming first goal to concede.
"We have to have a home win on Saturday. We know that."
