Forest Ladies out of cup

Forest always knew that they would be in for a tough game against opponents currently in the top three of the National Premier League and containing a number of England internationals.

That proved to be the case but the 2-0 scoreline reflected an excellent display from Forest.

Manager Lisa Dawkins told the club website: "I am totally proud of the squad today and their application.

"Everton have an envious line-up for any manager but I'm sure Mo Marley will acknowledge the Forest squad for their diligence and team play."
