Linked with a move to the City Ground throughout the summer, the midfielder has been talking with Swansea about a new contract after entering the final year of his current deal.
Those talks have stalled however according to the South Wales Evening Post and Forest have left their £1.5m bid on the table should Pratley be sold during the transfer window.

25-year-old Pratley netted his first goal of the season in midweek as Swansea eased past Barnet in the League Cup.
***Update***On Thursday evening, Swansea announced that Pratley had decided to end contract talks in order to concentrate on the season ahead.
Chairman Huw Jenkins told his club's official website that Forest's offer was 'nowhere near' £1.5m and that the player is likely to be staying at the Liberty Stadium until January at least to try and help the Swans achieve a top-six finish.
