Blackpool, the only team outside of the top six who could still overtake Forest in the table, travel to promoted Newcastle looking to keep their hopes alive before Billy Davies takes his team to the seaside to face the Tangerines on 17 April. The Reds will be in confident mood after having the better of Monday's game against a Cardiff City side they may be facing again in the play-offs. "We dominated a very good side and I have to say I am very proud of the effort of this team," said Davies afterwards. Opposite number Dave Jones praised his side after their haul of four points from two tough Easter fixtures virtually guaranteed a top-six finish. "There was a lot of pace in the game, a lot of commitment from both sides, chances for both teams," was his verdict. "It was a tough game between two sides that like to get it down and play."
