The competition, newly sponsored by Capital One, kicks off the season with ties being played in the week commencing 13th August.
That means that Nottingham Forest are the first competitive opponents for Fleetwood as a Football League side after they lifted the Blue Square Premier title last season.
The seaside club will be dangerous opponents having beaten League One clubs Yeovil and Wycombe Wanderers in the FA Cup last year.
