The on-loan Liverpool full-back was forced off with the problem midway through the second half of the 2-2 draw at the City Ground on Tuesday night.
Boss Billy Davies said: "It is a slight hamstring, hopefully it will not be too severe. It is tough to say accurately right now."
Konchesky is likely to miss the trip to Millwall on Saturday.
