Four games in eleven days begin this weekend with a trip to a Birmingham City side who have turned around their poor start to the season and are now unbeaten in six games following a win at Bournemouth on Saturday which was their third in a row on the road.
A healthy atmosphere should be in store after a £10 ticket offer which has generously been extended to Forest fans and a large contingent of Reds will be hoping will be hoping their side continues to shine on the road after some frustrating home results.
That form at the City Ground will then be severely tested by games against Queens Park Rangers (on Boxing Day night) and Leeds United the following Sunday. It was a win over Leeds on Boxing Day last season that failed to save Sean O'Driscoll from being sacked. Billy Davies looks to be on a firmer footing but leaders Rangers in particular will provide very tough opposition.
The busy spell ends with another side currently in the top six as Forest travel to the Madejski Stadium to play Reading.
The Reds youngsters are also in FA Youth Cup action at the City Ground on Tuesday night, kick-off 7pm when they take on Charlton Athletic. Admission is £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
