Harford named as Rotherham boss

Harford joined Forest earlier in the season to work alongside Joe Kinnear and took caretaker charge when Kinnear left the City Ground.

He missed out on landing the job full-time when the Forest board chose Gary Megson and had been working at Swindon Town before signing a two-year at Millmoor today.

Rotherham were relegated from the Championship on Tuesday.
