Hart set to miss out on Cardiff post

The former Forest boss was interviewed for the post and has worked alongside Cardiff advisor Peter Ridsdale at both Barnsley and Leeds but is set to miss out on a return to management.

Hart was earlier linked with the Notts County job which went instead to Gudjon Thordason.
