Forest season ticket holders that want a ticket will have to queue early on Saturday 15 March as only 3,000 tickets have been made available for Forest fans.
Only four vouchers will be allowed per person and only one ticket per voucher. Voucher L has to be provided with each purchase and no telephone orders are to be taken for this east midlands clash.
Postal applications are allowed provided you live a long distance away from the City Ground.
Ticket prices are £20 for adults, £15 for senior citizens and £10 for juniors.
