Macclesfield boss may experiment

Macclesfield make their first ever visit to Forest for a Carling Cup tie and after a poor start to the season their manager is looking to make changes.

Horton told his club's website: "We've got a tough game at Forest now and I might experiment a bit.

"The real bread and butter is the league because we're not going to win the League Cup."

Macclesfield have struggled so far this season after losing Jon Parkin before the start of the campaign.

The 23-year-old hit 26 goals last season to help his side into the play-offs but is out of action for another three to four weeks.
