Forest's line up for the Plymouth game was posted on the internet a day before the game, the third time in Megson's reign that has happened.
The Forest boss said ahead of tonight's clash with Sheffield United: "If you want to know our team at the moment, all you have to do is look on the internet.
"Somebody obviously thinks it is a good thing to do on behalf of Nottingham Forest. They seem to think it will be good for the opposition to know what team we are playing and the formation.
"Our team has been on a website on three occasions since I have been manager, but why should I delay naming my team (to those at the club)?
"I have named about 450 different teams in my time and I have never known somebody in my own organisation telling somebody else, and it going out on the internet."
