"We are third in the league but feel we haven't been firing on all cylinders," he told the Evening Post.
"There is definitely a lot more to come from this side and that is quite a good thing if you think you have not been firing on all cylinders and you are still up there.
"There is room for improvement and it is important we do keep working hard and improving to prove to everybody that we can go and get out of this division while playing good football and with style."
