The summer signing from Sheffield Wednesday made his 43rd league appearance in Wednesday night's defeat at the hands of Watford and is line to be the only ever-present of the 2014/15 campaign.
Initially forming a productive strike partnership with Britt Assombalonga, Antonio's goals have slowed up since the turn of the year but he has remained a positive force within the Forest side.
"I feel as though this has been my best season so far, through my career," he said this week, quoted in the Nottingham Post.
"I am definitely happy with the majority of this season and I want to kick on again, when next season comes around."
Karl Darlow is next on the appearances list and is line to make his 40th league start of the campaign in Saturday's mid-table clash at Blackburn Rovers.
