"The better team won," Cheltenham manager John Ward admitted.
"We caught them on a good day. They have been quicker over the 90 minutes and a bit stronger in certain areas.
"I'm disappointed because we had enough decent possession but we lacked a bit of quality in our passing.
"We didn't work their goalkeeper enough even though we created a fair amount of chances ourselves."
