However Worthington told the Huddersfield Examiner: "Friendlies are fine to get your fitness and some team play going, but there's nothing like the real thing and all the lads are itching to get cracking against Forest.
"I don't think anything should be read into pre-season results because, in the past, we've had really good build-ups and still not made the best of starts when it's come to the League.
"All I know is the squad are working really well together, we've got a great game to look forward to down at Forest and we are all focused on making a really good start."
