Speaking after a 3-0 defeat against Huddersfield on Saturday afternoon the Reds boss told the official club website: 'the starting point is making sure we're hard to score against' and also felt his players were suffering from a lack of confidence.
Thomas Ince made his debut for the Reds after signing on loan from Hull City in midweek but it was the unlikely figure of former Forest defender Joel Lynch who put Huddersfield in front after just 43 seconds of the game.
Speaking to his club's official website afterwards, Lynch said: "I’ve got no bitterness against Forest, I really enjoyed my time there, but this is my new club now and I love it here."
