The trip to the City Ground sees the Tigers looking to make it nine games unbeaten in a row, a run which has taken them into the thick of the promotion race.
"It's all about belief and confidence," Rosenoir told the Hull Daily Mail ahead of the meeting with a Forest side hoping to record a third successive victory.
"I can't wait for the game to come on Saturday. They'll be delighted because they've got a new manager and won two out of two but we're confident too and will go there looking for three points.
"I'm not concerned whether they've got a new manager in. They'll be wary of us I'm sure because we're on a very good run."
