The 21-year-old, and current Division One Player of the Month, already has nine goals for Forest this season and has attracted interest from a host of Premiership clubs.
Ireland manager Brian Kerr told the FAI's official website: "There are a lot of players in the squad who have what I'd call 1979 to '82 birthdays and they need experience.
"Some have experience but it's not much while Andy has never played at all and these games give us a chance to give players chances,"
Reidy, who is apparently rooming with £60,000-a-week Chelsea star Damien Duff, has linked up with fellow Forest team-mates Stephen McPhail and John Thompson.
