Brimming with confidence after hitting a hat-trick against Hull City last week the 24-year-old lines up for Peterborough United against his old club at London Road.
"I want to show them what they are missing," he told the Peterborough Telegraph as Darren Ferguson's side look to continue their upturn in form against Sean O'Driscoll's men.
“I was a youth team player at the Forest and then Colin Calderwood gave me a professional contract, but Billy Davies let me go after I’d played about 20 games for the first team.
“It was disappointing at the time, but I went to Macclesfield and did well and now obviously I’m happy to be at Peterborough."
