The 35-year-old will now hang up his boots and told the Leeds website: "Now that things have been sorted out it is a relief."

Stone made 229 appearances for Nottingham Forest between 1989 and 1999.
He won nine caps for England and was in the squad that reached the semi-finals of Euro 96.
