Trundle has scored 17 goals in as many games this season despite being hampered by injury problems over the past couple of months.
His early season form led to him being linked with a move to Everton.
Swansea boss Kenny Jackett said: ''To have Lee back will be a massive boost.
''He has had a bit of stop-start time since December because of a couple of injuries but we think he is close to 100 per cent now.
''We hope he will be fit and available throughout the run-in because we all know what an influence he can be.
''Lee made a big impression up until the middle of November and I'm sure that once the injuries are behind him, he has the ability and the character to put that sort of goalscoring run together again.
''What we need is for all the speculation about him and the injuries to settle down.''
As of Tuesday, Swansea had sold 1,700 tickets for the City Ground game.
