The John Smith's Stadium is the venue for Thursday night football as television demands dictate an unusual kick-off time for both teams.
Reds manager Dougie Freedman has admitted to finding it a challenge to prepare his side for playing on a Thursday, telling the official NFFC website: "It's been difficult in terms of trying to get the players focused on what’s needed but we think we’ve done a good enough job and there won’t be any excuses."
Opposite number Chris Powell has seen his side win their last two games to climb sharply up the Championship table and told his club's official site: "We're still way too early to get carried away, as we’re still a work in progress.
"We’re constantly looking to get better so we can earn wins and points."
