With the Reds still having an outside chance of the play-offs, they travel first to Chesterfield.
The Spireites have lost their way recently after a bright first-half of the season, Roy McFarland's side losing their last four games and conceding eleven goals in the process.
They will be fired up for this local derby though and will be looking to remain unbeaten against the Reds this season after gaining a 0-0 draw at the City Ground on New Year's Eve.
Forest then entertain Colchester, another team that are in a run of poor form, taking just five points out of a possible eighteen since they performed well in defeat at Chelsea in the FA Cup.
Phil Parkinson's side though are currently only one point off an automatic promotion place and were dramatic 3-1 winners against Forest just after New Year, when they scored twice in injury time.
A trip to Tranmere is next for the Reds. The Merseysiders are currently five points above the relegation zone after a disappointing season, considering they made the play-offs last time around.
48 hours later Yeovil visit the City Ground with Forest looking to wipe away the memory of one of the lowest points of their season, the 3-0 defeat at Huish Park in October that led to Gary Megson inviting two away fans into the dressing room to tear a strip off his side.
The Reds then end the season with games against Hartlepool (a), Bournemouth (h) and Bradford City (a).
Hartlepool currently occupy the last relegation place in League One and they too are experiencing a difficult season after making the play-offs last time around.
Bournemouth are three points above the drop zone while Bradford are three points better off and should just about be safe for this season.
