Vaughan heads north

Defender Tony Vaughan is having a trial with Scottish Premier League side Motherwell.

Vaughan, 27, is out of contract at the end of the season and has been out of favour at Forest.

He has just recovered from an injury he sustained whilst on loan at Mansfield Town. If he impresses Motherwell boss Terry Butcher then he would be available on a free transfer.
